England Ranch provides a selection of registered Kune Kune pigs, including proven boars, sows, promising gilts, and grow-out stock. These pigs are raised under organic conditions, which means:
Feed: They are fed exclusively with organic feed. During winter, they have access to alfalfa hay, ensuring their diet remains as natural as possible.
Pasture Raised: The pigs are raised on pasture, which is a fundamental aspect of Kune Kune pig care, allowing them to graze and forage, behaviors intrinsic to their welfare.
No Antibiotics or Vaccines: In line with organic farming practices, these pigs do not receive antibiotics or vaccines, emphasizing natural health and immunity.
Rotational Grazing: The pigs are moved around different pasture areas, which not only helps in maintaining the health of the pasture but also mimics their natural foraging behavior.
